The Sinister Minister victory was such an aberration and an atrocity it makes Well Armed's victory look like a regular Seattle Slew stroll in the park.

The funniest part about Sinister Minister is that some people bet the horse in the Derby with a completely serious face.

Fastest ticket rip-up of a below 10-1 odds horse in the Derby ever. He was backing up after 6f.

What was truly remarkable about that Blue Grass day is that Sun King won the Commonwealth from way off the pace earlier on the card, well, at least in my opinion it was remarkable.

Correct, give or take a point or two. I think 14-1.

The one good thing about that Blue Grass was people forgot about Bluegrass Cat and let him get away at 30-1 in the Derby which pumped up the exacta BIG TIME!

Was there ever anything good to remember about him in the first place?

He was good enough to sneak into the exacta and was forgotten on the board- the Invisible Ink of 2006. He certainly was no worse than say Brother Derek, and was 5x the price.

Side note, for a while they were advertising the sh1t out of him in Lexington. Billboards everywhere.
