I see no issue with these bozos dropping large amounts of money on horses at the 11th hour. Most of the time they are being bought from horse people, people that would throw that money back into the industry anyways. I agree they are douchnozzles but what can be wrong with them overpaying for horseflesh to people that 9 times out of 10 are going to put it back into the industry, or already put that much into the industry.

I completely agree and I think most would as well. The thing that makes most people cringe is the thought of Iavarone and the IEAH posse plastered all over the Derby telecast and the entire scene.

No doubt the gigantic prices paid by groups like IEAH and Godolphin have changed lives in a very positive way. That, of course is the flipside to saying, "Greedy b.astards trying to buy their way to the top."
