Very strange number on Nova, I thought they'd be -5 or -6 at least. UCLA didn't necessarily look bad to me, they were playing a very tough opponent and found a way to win. Granted the LA schools usually get shaded by Vegas a point or two because they take heavy money but even factoring that in I think they're begging you to take Nova.
