It's because you have assumed that all women have the same flaws of character you perceive in the subject of your insult. If you think Mr. Rash (with whom I am unfamiliar) is timid, or emotional, or inconsistent, or a poor trainer, or just plain stupid, that is your concern, but when you decide that such characteristics are found only in females and in all females, I'm not going to let it pass.
