Solid race from Quality Road though.
Totally agree. But Quality Road was freakish here. Staying that close to such a suicidal pace and then closing with a 23 (I think). Very eye openning. Now onto the excitement of the Gotham!

I'm impressed with Quality Road. Theregoesjojo had the race set up for him though, so it wasn't as impressive.

Strawberry Road stood for only 10k?

That has to be the biggest stallion bargain in my lifetime. Well, besides IC starting out at 10k, but SR was already a well established stallion.

I think Strawberry Road was probably more deserving of a higher stud fee, but yeah, 6k seems kinda low. At what point in his career was that? Early on or when he died?
