![]() I have been following ONe Caroline since she started. i was at her first race and the m/l was like 8-1 and she opened at 8-5 first flash. Guess i should have paid attention but oh well. I just remember vividly her 2nd race at CD and was impressed with the way that she ran off with it. My ? is what do you guys think her chances are? I'd love to bet on her but dont have a lot of money to blow. Opinions?

![]() I think the morning line on One Caroline is ridiculous. I like her tomorrow, simply because she might be a very talented horse running against a field full of moderately talented horses, but there's no way she's 6-1. I wouldn't be surprised to see her favored around 2-1. I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it.
I also would be wary of taking too short of a price on Miss Isella. She jumped up out of nowhere to win the Falls City, and Skylighter came back to be trounced at Gulfstream last Sunday. Wilkes is also using this as a prep for the Rampart, so she may be better going two turns. At 4-1 or less, I'd pass. |

![]() Wait for it..
One Caroline opens at 1-5. Good job Gulfstream oddsmaker. EDIT: She wins and pays $4.00. Last edited by ateamstupid : 02-20-2009 at 03:49 PM. |
