Dude you really are a special individual...Why any stallion resides in NY is beyond me. All you have to do is have them drop in NY and they are NY Breds so what is the point of these ridiculous no talent stallions standing in obsure NY State?

Illinois has two different programs, conceived and foaled and just foaled and Owners and Breeders awards are different based on those two instances. |

I think it's time to eliminate "NY bred" awards for the out of state stallions . Don't you think a NY bred should be a foal conceived and foaled in NY ?
