I was wondering..

so the dam is a river and the dam sire is Comet Shine
the sire is a big o fire truck

I like the Comet Shine side of this

the filly has several horses with river names, or river-inspired names, in her pedigree.

ausable of course, mississippi mud, delta judge-and there's a ____creek in there (can't remember the first word)...at any rate, i did a search for new york rivers...

I liked Canoe, but it is not available.

Saratoga Canoe, pays homage to her river named ancestors as well as the most famous canoe in NY.
