i know i like being in a position of having to apologize profusely. certainly makes things all better. the part i read earlier, about them not even allowing the family to fly AFTER they were re-cleared, was the best part of all. i know air tran would be my choice for future flights.

that's right. they also refused to make up the difference in their ticket price vs the higher prices tickets the family had to buy from another carrier. i doubt this story is over.
