When the Sheikh said that after the race you could hear Randy Moss on ESPN- who must not have known that his mic was on saying, "Three best horses in the world" in a questioning sort of way like he disagreed. I agree with him. Bernardini's clearly up there but needs to beat the rest of the best horses to totally prove it, Henny Hughes just plain isn't, and no matter how impressive Discreet Cat was on Friday, it was still an allowance optional claiming race- no matter how much he beat the field by and how fast his time was. I'm not saying that he's definitely not a top horse, but let's see him in a Grade 1.

Its not Bernardini's fault he has to run against scrubs. Hes the real deal, reminds me so much of Ghostzapper and its a joy to see this horse run more than a couple times a year and we get to watch him in his 3 year old season, unlike Ghostzapper who really only became great at 4.

Henny Hughes, the jury is still very much out on. Very good horse, but not great yet!

Ya me too. Horse racing dearly needs horses like that again. I feel sorry for anyone who did not witness this horse's greatness.

no love for ouija board?? you guys see the weight she's carrying, beating the boys...and how many starts this year?? heading back for her third bc race.

maybe not the best in the world....so hard to say who IS....i mean, narrow it down to three??

invasor? hasn't lost since dubai...
lava man, hasn't lost all year.
deep impact. one loss ever.
same with bernardini--but i'm not even sure he's the best three year old, let alone one of the three best overall.
henny hughes???? surely not...
and discreet looked good in his comeback, but that and a win in march gets you top three? in the world??
