Is Upton's leg hurt or does he just never run out grounders? He is hitting into DP's at a Jim Rice rate.

YEAH I know you let this clown write stuff like this:......"that layover really hurt the Red Sox last year." and you just let it go. Anybody else makes a mistake, and you guys are all over them. I don't like him. He is just here to write about the people writing. He is not really here to write about sports much. Don't know why you encourage him, but I can't stop ya. Go back n' see. This happened because he was being an a-s-s. He just had to respond when not spoken to.

An old fashioned save

I suppose by rule he wont get credited for a save but when was the last time you saw a pitcher come in the game in the 7th inning and close it out.

Can they pitch Hamels 4 out of the 7 games? It might be their only chance. Maybe Blanton will come thru for them.

They really need Hamels to pitch three games and get lucky in one of their other starts. Blanton stinks, he will get lit up. Moyer may be ancient but he is still better than joe.

The Rocks had the layoff, but you guys love this ******. So, you just let it go.

Dodgers easily got to Moyer. They didn't tear Blanton up. They battled etc. What did they get off him? 2 or 3 earned? I've tried to forget that game. Don't want to talk about it. You're right. Blanton can be had.

Because I knew he would do exactly what he did(tell me there was some hidden meaning I just didn't get.) That's what he does. I did correct him. Did it go well?

Haven't checked the stats but he doesn't seem to hit the curveball well either! That double was a mistake by the pitcher, and he seems to commit to the pitch too soon. If he is diligent...he can still be great....but the 'shape'
has to change too!

I think this may be an old issue with him(not running out groundball outs.) I am not sure though. Rays fans will update us. I think it was him who had this problem.

He's like Kemp (needs bad pitches, or he can't hit much.) Fortunately, there is a lot of bad pitching during the regular season.

We wish Kemp was like him...remember he was a legit contender for MVP! All the banquets and endorsements may have helped him to lose focus...but both he and Kemp can do better

Maybe we should send Kemp (n' Billingsley) to a lil park so he can hit 30-40hr a year. We get pitching in return.

You lost your composure--fucl<face....but ah didn't.

I was pretty, whimsical and brilliant all at the same time. ...because that's just me.

And you're not.

O.K., SSSO...well, as I wrote last week (by posting that song "7 Days" by the now fat Craig David ...nah...I'm just trying to look smart.I should have just come out and said it.) I think the layoff for Philly could be an issue.( although history does SHHHHOW---in any sport.....it doesn't really work.) Overall, The Rays have the better starting pitching. In the 3 games Cole Hamels didn't pitch in, the Dodgers scored what? 5-7 runs, and probably should have scored more. The Rays got 2 great starts from Garza, 1 great start from both Kazmir n' Sonanstine(?whatever.) In 2 of the wins against the Dodgers, Billingsley had the white flag up early. Sometimes he does that, and the pressure turned "sometimes" into "twice" in one series. I don't think the Rays starters are gunna lay down like Billingsley.

Whew!!

I think I'm trying too hard.

Anyhooo....I know the Dodgers weaknesses well, and the only one the Rays have in common is the lack of lights out dominant bullpen. If Price has that live arm working, then they will have none of the weaknesses the Dodgers had. The Dodgers hit the ball to the exact wrong part of Bank One. Tampa shows good power to left field down the line. So, that should take away some of the advantage the Phils have had in their park. Victorino was red hot in the Dodger Series. He may or may not stay that hot. 7 days is a lot.

Do you enjoy my shotgun style here?

I'm bound to hit something.

I think the Rays will win it, but I sure don't like the price -175 or whatever it is. They are both capabale of winning it.(I can't lose) I just like the Rays a lil more(not -175 more.) If I was gunna bet, I'd probably bet what I said to do last year( series ends in 4 games ....Doesn't matter who ...6/1.)

Did I say that?

What am I talking about!!?

That's what happened last year, and in '2004. Did the Tigers get 1 game in World Series 2 years ago? Anyways, the series is swept more often than it should be.

I think I'm trying to say the Rays will sweep this series.

But if they don't---then I wasn't trying to say that.

You figure it out.

I was much happier when the Dodgers were winning----UPS!!!!---I mean...YEAH I know you let this clown write stuff like this:......"that layover really hurt the Red Sox last year." and you just let it go.

And ya know why? Because you know what it means and I don't.

But if anybody else really makes a mistake, and you guys are all over them.I find that it's usually me...I mean offensive.

I don't like him.He makes me look stupid. I am going to find him...and squirt him with mustard. That's how mad I am.

He is just here to write about the people writing

??

Start over.

He is not really here to write about sports much, even though he has. Don't know why you encourage him, but I can't stop ya.But what I can do is jump up and down and spit...and so.....ah do.

Go back n' see. This happened because he was being an a-s-s. He just had to respond when not spoken to.Just like I drug you into this mess even though you weren't being spoken to...because you weren't even here.

Oh my God. I better stop talking.
