I think on the Foreign affairs front we should offer the state of Georgia to the Russians in exchange for Siberia. They have an obsession with Georgia and this would complete the set for them and we could use all the oil that currently sits in Siberia untouched. As for the prisons there we could use them as there may be a lot of arrests coming soon. We could also move our torture base of operations there and close up Guantanomo Bay as I feel the weather is far too nice there for really effective tortures anyway. I mean do we really need Georgia? They have no horse racing, we could surely live without the falcons and hawks and whatever the hockey team is called. The Braves lost their tv network which makes them expendable. We can get peaches and peanuts form South America (Venezuela may become the new replacement state for georgia). Plus some of the current business there like CNN will fit nicely into mr Putins new (USSR) vision of Russia by becoming the television version of Pravda (it is pretty close now). This could work.
