I also currently use twinspires. I'm satisfied with their product.

I have heard a lot about Premierturfclub from another message board, but I'm not able to sign up there and wager through the internet in my state. They seem to be the only rebate ADW around that actually commingles with the track pools, which is big for me, as I like to know at least some of my takeout dollar is going to horsemen. I don't think they have any of the big tracks though, save Keeneland.

Which tracks are you looking to bet that you cannot bet now? Right now, you need to have a couple of ADW accounts to bet most of the tracks. Some tracks are shut out completely from ADW's right now. In a couple years, everything should be back to normal and one account will suffice. (I hope)

Well, I'm in Ohio, which might be a big part of it. For some reason, when Twin Spires says, "telephone wagering in some states," Ohio is not one of the states. Therefore, no Del Mar, for one. The current Santa Anita meet is another one I'm out. Basically, any that say "telephone only" I can forget about. It's not a big deal, I guess. I'm relatively new to the game -- I've been following off and on (mostly around Triple Crown season, like many) for ten years or so, but I've really gotten into it completely since March when I heard about twinspires.com on Sirius (listening to ATR).

I'm absolutely in love with the sport.

Right now, there is a crapload of red tape that is holding everything up. Lots of negotiations and jockeying for position between tracks, ADWs, and horsemen. There are tons of people on this board more knowledgeable than me about this situation.

If you want to bet every major track from one account, the best way to do it is offshore. They take bets on most signals, but are not licensed by tracks, and therefore don't take your money and put it into the racetrack pool. Most pay at track odds up until you hit more than a 300-1 win, where they cap the payout. Offshore books usually give a rebate between 3-8% on all of your wagers.

I just can't bring myself to wager through the offshore books because jockeys, trainers, owners, the racetrack, etc do not see any of the money that I bet.

And the fact is your money safe off shore? Show me a off shore that pays within 3 days like Twin Spires or Youbet and every single person on this board should go to that site.

I don't do withdrawals during football.

BUT my bro uses BetJamaica and they sent him a check within 5 days. Made the withdrawal on Saturday.
