It was a picture from someone that was affected by the storm. They didn't have power and I guess the baby decided to curl up with the puppies.

The photo your referring to was taken at Christmas 2006. Justin was 4

I have changed hairdressers since then.
Maybe I should go back if his haircuts took that many years off!
