My point was that what the Republicans brought, lower taxes and deregulation, isnt going too well.

Greed is constantly regulated with the fear of embarassment and punishment. Don't you think seeing that Viet Nam fighter pilot(San Diego area Congressman ...Randy ?) go to prison did something to control greed in others?
