Ohhh jesustapdancingchrist. Your partisan mentality is a shining example of why this country is FUBAR.

Both parties are equally corrupt. There is no silver lining between the two.

I wish I could get Skids and Scads straight in my mind.

I thought Bush/Gore was bad.

The only thing worse than this would be Kucinich/Jed

The Founding Fathers were the most corrupt, least admirable of all the U.S. politicians.

The were mostly third generation monied salve owners and the pollitics were vicious. It's a miracle we're not still walking around wearing wigs and football pants.

yeah, some were that, and others were not. geo washington was the single richest man in america, and risked more than most to form this republic. john adams was never wealthy, never owned slaves, and i doubt could be called corrupt by anyone.
now, jefferson....i haven't got anything good to say about him. but i think to say they were the most corrupt and least admirable is quite a leap.

I'm sure my good friend ,Thomas Paine, would be hurt by these posts.

Why Nathan Hale was a simple cab driver.

Ben Franklin held the key to our formative years and he would be shocked.

John Hancock...........never mind.

While not an FF...Abe Lincoln ,if he were here, would see the knaves.

Ruth Kumquat.

Oh...you people wouldn't know her.

Paul Revere......a mere third base coach.

Here are some of your comments made in a thread in the Politics section of the board. Let me make this clear to you people. The majority of you say pretty much the same thing(FCK BOTH PARTIES-SCREW POLITICS.) That's not as interesting as you seem to think. Pretty much one person can speak for the group of you.

That speech didn't help Obama one bit.
Your party is full of f.ucktards.

I think this country is f.ucked either way. It really doesn't matter who is in office.

I'd put my ballot in her box.

What's ridiculous is to tell people that the parties are in any way equal. A child could examine the Supreme Court Justices chosen by each President and see very large differences in the way these people vote on important issues So, you're simply dead wrong, and the rest of these people saying this crap(parties are the same) are also. For the most part, we have a very ignorant electorate. You want another a-hole like Scalia making decisions about the way we live? They asked McCain which justices he wouldn't have appointed. He never said a damn thing about Scalia....nooooooo. He mentioned 3 of the Supreme Court justices nominated by Clinton. When people come on here and say Presidential Elections don't matter much, they simply show their ignorance. I don't want another Scalia. Given a chance to say Scalia was somebody he wouldn't have nominated, McCain didn't do it. That's a huge difference between the 2 candidates, and the 2 parties. Scalia is the worst Supreme Court Justice ever, and Obama would say that. McCain didn't even mention him as one of the 3 he wouldn't of nominated. Huuuuuuge
difference.

You can marry your boyfriend and your surrogate can abort 20 babies for all I care. It's an issue that most americans don't care enough about to swing their vote.

Also liberal judges have allowed for ridiculous invasions of privacy as well. Take your blinders off.

What exactly are you going for here? More vague liberal talking points?

Then why is it so hard for the democratic party to manipulate these so-called dummies? Could it be because they've let the far-left nutters such as yourself control the party? You know, the kind of people that are no different than the Nascar crew you consistently make fun of? Sure, you both have completely different views...the insanity is all the same though.

And this is shocking to you? It would be like Obama praising Clarence Thomas.

Are you mainlining or something?

Whaaaaah.

I don't think any poster on here said elections don't matter. They do matter, just not in a positive way.

My opinion is that far less important issues like gay rights, abortion, religion, and drugs have been a horrible distraction for the american people. Both parties have used these issues to keep us out of sorts while they f.uck us real good on the things that matter most.

Like jobs, immigration (jobs), health care, social security, and national security/foreign policy.

Both parties fail tremendously in these areas. Please feel free to tell me otherwise. I need a good laugh.

every election cycle you hear claims early on that immigration is really going to matter this time, yet it never happens.

i haven't watched any of this convention, and won't watch the repubs either, I just can't stomach all the BS. but I caught on the news that they can't fit Obama's massive ego inside the convention hall, so his acceptance speech will be at the football stadium on a huge stage that would make superbowl half-time organizers blush, and in front of 85,000 people. they showed the stage and it looks like this show might dwarf the opening ceremonies of the Olympics. if this guy gets elected they'll need a new White House, much much larger and more audacious.

There will be a "greek" backdrop, and I have it on good authority he'll be wearing a toga!
