You will never get improved execution without a system of reward and punishment. You know what LA RUSSA WOULD DO? That guy wouldn't be going back out to field his position. He wouldn't be playing tomorrow either. Sit dumb fkr. How did this guy ever have a team that won rings? Wow. What incredible talent he had to have. Is that the way to get better execution?
