Biden/LaBamba would have been better. Biden is the most qualified of any canadate. I think they have forgotten the South though.

Biden is a staunch liberal. I know plenty of Democrats that can't stomach Biden. If the Dems aren't fond of him, why would middle of the road voters back him. This is a huge mistake for Obama.

And McCain is not running for VP. It will be interesting to see if these Rep. even vote. It wont matter in this state (Texas), McCain will win handily. But... it might be an indicator if the "real" Republicans in other states vote. I think the Republicans are doing a good job of getting a fright vote out of the conservatives that really dont like McCain.
