That is an interesting thought. Let's say Bernardini, Lava Man, and Invasor fail to win another race this year (certainly isn't likely, but anything can happen in this game) and some 50-1 outsider wins the classic. Well I suppose that in reality it is probably all but impossible for him to actually win it, but that is too bad because in my opinion he was definitely the best horse that any of us saw this year.

i heard them say saturday while watching the million etc telecast that he had gone out, they interviewed the jacksons who said he grazed about 20 minutes. was wonderful to hear. almost as good as hearing that his near hind is growing.

he'll make the final cut for hoy--you watch. may not win, but he'll be in the mix.
