It was kind of a last minute thing... didn't know whether I could pull it off. I forgot to ask Kickin about it. I think TC has her doing DDR as part of her fitness routine.

I'll hit the elite level of my mileage plan on my return trip from Saratoga in August. Am thinking about trying to make the ultra-supremo elite level by throwing in a trip to the U.K. What's the usual 'chase season?

I probably deserve a slap to the back of the head...

or at least a caffeinated drink!

As Scav would say, "it's all good." I have three whole days to recover. And, if I hadn't been there to see what happened, and check on Kickin afterwards, I would still be worrying about whether Kickin was okay. Empty pockets, but a peaceful mind....
