Einstein showing up right after the Foster and not surprisingly finishing second in the Firecracker at less than his ideal distance was a mysterious move by trainer Pitts. You have to wonder where Curlin would be today had he been not taken away from her. This one was odd considering the United Nations is today.

I hear both you guys, yes it was a cheque. But it was an odd choice for a race to bridge to the Arlington Million being so soon after the Foster. If you are going to run a horse this close after the that race why not try a grade one where he would have been the favorite. The field in the United Nations is not overwhelming at a preferable distance for 750K. I guess that is just too logical for a 3% Trainer. Sorry Helen don't mean to pick on you, but this one was strange. Or atleast to me it was.

I was agreeing with you through thick sarcasm for my opinion on running the horse in the Foster.

I'll be shocked if this horse wins another race. It's not like the turf at Churchill beared the brunt of a monsoon yesterday.
