Just when it looked like he'd turned a corner in the San Felipe, he runs terribly in his next few starts. This horse has talent, but most of the time he just doesn't show up. I think its obvious what the deal is with him. I saw the race and boy was he game.
Wanna know what his deal is? I think its pretty simple. I don't care who his mommy and daddy are, he simply doesnt wanna go farther than a mile and a sixteenth, and really hes best to a mile. He has a nice cruising speed, and a little burst, but he doesnt have the stamina to go any farther.
