I agree shipping Tiago doesn't make much sense.

But why the heck did they ship Student Council to Hollywood when they could have shipped him half the distance to NY for an easier race???

i totally disagree with both of you......
they should have shipped him, easier spot, grade 1... HE LIKES DIRT MORE
