I watched the race. I've watched thousands to know what intent is. This was very bad. No, I'm not a steward. But, I know what I saw. We need more pro-active action. Rose got off light.
The "game" is in enough trouble. Time to clean it ALL up. Yes, it'll mean some more losing tix. As players we should be used to that.

I don't care how severe the injury actually is....that is ugly and looks painful, her eye is a mess.
