There is no book about betting strategy that, at this time, is going to help you at all. As you are currently, you can't be helped by anyone other than yourself. Once the entries for a race are even mentioned you have narrowed the race down to one or two horses. You are so phucked up with preconceptions that even if you are a capable handicapper you won't be able to see through the murk to make rational decisions.

You actually seem like a well meaning person, and I'm honestly being nice here, but until you even give yourself a chance to win you will continue to lose day after day. This is not to say that you will ever be able to win, but that's OK because you love the game and will get great enjoyment from playing, but you will learn to love playing even more when you clear your head and look at all the horses racing.

your right, i see horses who ran huge, or maybe that i have cashed on, or anything by giants causeway, and i use them... teach me to break this horrible habit, please
i think im addicted to giants causeway's i scan pp's everynight of tracks looking for anything by him, is that a problem ?

i had the giants causeway on top.. at 11-1 and used him 3 deep in pick 3's along with jeremy rose horse, and garcias horse
