Shoot. I don't even know what the best way to play it would have been if I was confident that BB would run out. I rarely play exotics. I normally just bet to win and place. I guess if you were really confident that the horse would not hit the board, it would be smart to play some serious trifectas where you used a ton of horses. But even in that case, I still may not have used the winner.
