A lot of crazy stuff will need to happen if Big Brown were to lose. But, this is horse racing, and crazy stuff does and can happen. We'll see.

No way he loses. The sport needs a TC winning BB against HOY Curlin. If horse racing can't make that happen then the sport should just pack it in.

When he faces Curlin, then he will get his beating and retire.

what kind of logic leads you to conclude that the sport needs to 'pack it in' if big brown loses today? the sport is bigger than any one horse.

granted, big brown on paper looks the best. but oh, how many times i've seen a horse who dominated in the first two go down at belmont. big brown should win. i hope personally he does not. and i bet you belmont/nyra hopes so too! why?!? you think they'll be packing in 120k + next year if the tc gets won today? thrill is in the chase, not the winning.
besides, i think big brown would be an undeserving winner. granted, that won't make him lose. but no way he's on, let alone close, to the same level as the last four tc winners.

Myself and Danzig were right on about this race being totally different than the rest of the T.C. RACES. People ignore history every time. This isn't the other 2 legs. I'M A LOSER LIKE EVERYONE ELSE (all I bet was the 2nd n' 3rd place horses in the double.) Couldn't get the Tara horse. Good job by Zito. Same old thing. Fresh Zito with a distance sire. BROWN WAS RANK EARLY TODAY. Wasn't himself from 50 feet out of the gate.
