Very easy question.
Only one of those horses was awesome enough to put away a superstar like Sinister G, and still have enough left in the tank to nose out absolute freaks like Master David and Swingforthefences.
I don't think any of those other donkeys in the poll would have had a chance in the '04 Wood.

Since Easy Goer wasn't on the list, I voted Man O' War.

Voted for Man O' War. Tough to choose between him and Secretariat...In a race between them and Big Brown.. Would have to say Big Brown in 3rd..At this point anyhow. He would have to go on and win the Belmont by 20 lengths, and win the Breeders Cup against Curlin for me to put him past those two greats. I love the horse, but can't imagine him beating one of them.

Usually I don't take personal shots at people but Cannon Shell is a true idiot. How could he make a list like this and not include Zippy Chippy and Rick's Natural Star? Stupid.

if big brown won the belmont by 20, and beat curlin, you'd move him ahead of secretariat and man o war?
remarkable.

Yes. I thought it was pretty obvious that each horse on the poll except for Man o'War and Secretariat was a horse that has been way over-hyped. I was always firmly in the Bernardini-is-over-hyped camp.

People have short memories. Bernardini was being showered with "one for the ages" accolades, too, similar to what we're hearing about Big Brown now. Thankfully Bernardini ran in the Breeder's Cup. We probably won't have that luxury with Big Brown.
