So is El Gato Malo going to Lone Star or Baltimore Steve? Or are they leaving both options open for now?

Default El Gato Malo

El Gato Malo will be going to Texas. The blinkers are on and he's ready to roll.

Would this be a good time for me to finally get off the Golden Yank bandwagon? After the Arkansas Derby maybe I should have thrown myself under the bandwagon.

Default Texas Stallion Stakes (9th race)

Hey, gotta give props to my friend's horse, Ferdinand's Flyer, who competes in today's Texas Stallion Stakes (9th race). FF tuned up nicely in 6 furlong dash on April 27. He ran well and came out of race ready for this one. Owners and trainer will concede that 8.5F is not his best distance. However, he may get part of exotics and, if Gold Coyote has off day, take top prize.

The more I look at the PP's, the more I am liking My Pal Charlie...

Default PP's

PP's are exactly what they are, past performance's. Things happen between races. If there is any speed to push the Rooster, and El Gato Malo handles the track it's all over.....

No one can run with Samba Rooster early. . . He'll run off like he did in the Lexington but this time it'll be on dirt at a shorter distance. . . Game over. . .

My Pal Charlie has a good shot here. Competitive via numbers and should get a good trip off what should be an insane speed duel..

I agree other than the distance is actually the same as the Lexington. This thing could look like Sinister Minister at the Blue Grass a couple years ago IMO.
