While I tend to agree with you, the counter argument would be that a dime super player rates to be less sophisticated.

I could also argue that the opposite is true in that case as well.

The more legitimate argument is that the dime super player rates to play many more combinations/tickets. Either way I don't agree they should be curtailed.
