Alexander was never a fan of taking alot of hits. Once he got the big payday, there were many people including the Seahawks Org. who were worried about his effort. He was an excellent RB and could probably help some team with 12-15 carries a game.

He was never a fan of the weight room. Therein lies the problem.
A tremendous natural talent with the work ethic of a union member.
