Met Mile, where he'll run up the track if he doesn't get the lead as usual.

That's the last I heard. And I don't know what you mean by "different horse". To me, he's still the same very fast one-dimensional runner he's always been.

Excited for the return of a seven-year old sprinter that quits every time he doesn't get the lead?

i love the difference of opinion, you say that
i say easily the best horse in the world, not named curlin, and i still think he could speed pop curlin up to 1 1/8

I can think of several horses who are better than he is that aren't named Curlin; Tiago and Heatseeker come to mind. I'd take Electrify over him. I'm sure there's another 5 or so if I stopped to think about it. Commentator is a one dimensional sort who thrills those who only see speed figures and don't understand how the trip affects the figure.

If he gets it he's awful hard to catch! The handicap division looks a little weak. He could steal the Whitney!

he could steal a lot more then that... the met does not make much sense to me, there could be a lot of early speed. why not races like the pimlico special, stephen foster, where he could be lone speed, or if not lone, at least the speed of the speed

Oh, there's no doubt that he does some awesome things when he gets to the front. He's very fast and could indeed steal the Whitney, I just have a dislike for horses like him who rack up giant figures when loose and then spit the bit when they don't get their way.
