Maybe TBD can pay a few actors to don chicken suits and walk in the post parade?

I know several "regulars" at TBD that would do it for a $2 voucher and a warm beer.

i dont understand why more horses dont come, second is a good amount of graded stakes money which is obviously important to get into the derby
