i truly belive i am a very good handicapper, starting today i will be posting some of my plays, mostly pick 3's and you can tell me how good i am . i do know this i am a legend in the local otb, come down if you dont think its true.

Andy is absolutely right. I do not doubt for one second that you are a legend in the local OTB. I mean, hell, you are clearly the biggest legend in the history of this board.
