Just as I am convinced that you dont watch any
but look up a lot of numbers. Be careful with that
with the horses.

You are a stat sports fan.
That is not smart at all in basketball.
It may be fun in baseball. You gotta
watch the games in basketball.

For example.
All these stupid lists have the Spurs
on top in the west. Truth. They have played
poorly. Record looks much better because
they are playing weak teams.

Houston is playing better defensive basketball
without Yao.

Detroit is much more than a 5 man team now and
is a better team than when they won the Championship.

I dont exactly know how LA is going to work Bynum in
with Gasol and Odom. I doubt they can defend with all
3 on the floor at the same time. I think Phil might move
one of the two to the second unit with Walton and Farmar.
A better D-unit than the first.

I could continue all night but Gauss calls me.

Your observations stat man...

This takes the cake. They have played poorly but have the best record in the West. They play in the toughest division in the league BY FAR but have been playing weak teams. Do you realize what you are saying here? There are seven teams in the league with a higher winning % than .650 and three of them are in their division and a fourth is at .639. How are they playing weak teams? And they've done that with Tony Parker missing 13 games. Yeah, they are weak. They've played 35 games against the West. The Lakers have played 34. How are the Spurs playing weak teams?

You have no a flippn clue.
Look at the Spurs schedule after Indiana.
Look at it right now.
They may have the toughest schedule of any team here on out.

No I have no idea what I am saying.
I live in San Antonio and have watched almost
every game since the ABA 1976

I have watched them all year and they
are clearly NOT PLAYING AT A HIGH LEVEL.
I dont care what their record says. This last part of the schedule will tell everyone
a whole lot about the Spurs. stop it with the numbers.
The game is more than numbers.

Silas was/is a coke head and Billy has gone back to Boston.

Excellent memory though.

I was thinking more along the lines of Swen Nader. Thats way back.
Did not get all the games though.

And the coach agrees.
All you have to do is watch instead of just reeling off a bunch of stats.

I'm absolutely convinced that Pgardn and Stevie Wonder have watched the same number of basketball games.
But I cannot claim you are Stevie Wonder
because you dont watch the games.
