Kobe is a streak shooter, always has been, always will be. When he is hot he can be unstoppable from just about anywhere. But he will throw a 10 for 28 at you, hence the 45% from the field. He is also not a great 3 point shooter. He is as was pointed out excellent from the line.
Lebron should be shooting over 50%. If he did not force his
jumper and then just flat out miss his jumper, He would be shooting
over 50%. If Lebron shot as many outside shots as Kobe he would
be shooting under 40%.
YOu are telling me Lebron is a better outside shooter
than Kobe? No way, no how.

No one said that he was a better outside shooter than Kobe but the difference is not that great and is shrinking. his shot selection is better than Kobe's (not that that is saying much). Lebron does take a lot of outside shots, of course if you watched the games you would know this.

Yes.
This is what I said.
TOO many.
He SHOULD be shooting OVER 50%
with the number of pure athletic bull drive points makes.

I am getting confused as to who watches the games.
I thought I was an addict. I guess you have 5 games going
at once. I cant match that pace. One game at a time.

Dont you think that in order to get the lanes to drive you need to keep the defense honest? Dont you think in an 82 game season that getting hammered on his way to the hoop more than he already does would be detremental? Sometimes i think you forget that the NBA is not girls high school games and there are lots of reason why things are done that may not be readily apparent unless you understand this and realize that there is a big picture outside of the game in front of you.

You want to talk about too many jumpers, look no further than Kobe Bryant. He's unstoppable off of the dribble and can get to the basket whenever he wants to, as evidenced by his 27 ft attempts against Dallas, yet he settles FAR too many times for 3pt shots.

Yes and he will get physically pummeled because he is not nearly as strong as Lebron. And he has Gasol now.

And who in the crap cannot go to the basket against Dallas? Think about who you are playing for God's sake. Exactly who on Dallas patrols the middle? Mudman, Dampier? Slow as molasses. Which player cannot go to the hoop on Dallas. Dirk is going to miss a game because he is playing enforcer for christ's sake.

You are sinking here.
