The 10 seemed to be the best, but did come in a little, bumped the 7 and the 7 bumped into her, then came in a bit again. I am not saying the 10 should have come down, but I am surprised that they didn't take any look at it. That being said, the 10 was tough today. She ran well considering the trip, picks up another check, hopefully next time. A little more ground and she probably gets second as the 3 was faltering at the end. Is it me or is the stretch fairly short at Tampa?

just got home and watched the tape of the race. what a finish! shame our gal couldn't get the top prize, but with all things considered, she did very well to finish third.

just hope she came out well.

MNS came out of the race in fine order... Spoke to Chuck in bits and pieces during the Show.

Chuck's thoughts:

"She ran very solidly.."

"Never got to really unwind the way it unfolded.."

"May need to swing out for clear running earlier.."

"Really runs like a turf horse enjoying 'cover' and then getting going once outside horses.."

"Worth every cent of her claim price.."

We'll let her freshen and get after it again! Thanks to everyone for being here and enjoying the experience... And thanks of course to Chuck, TC, Socks and Rosie.

More news as it happens and a report from Ocala on Aldebutante coming soon!

Glad she came out well.
The red part has me excited
for the team. Enjoying the
cover and not stressing is
a really good news for me.

This horse is going to win
next time out in similar company
barring the 10, no doubt.
You guys got a turf horse.
Congrats.

Watched the race at Suffolk Downs - she looked great. We always knew that the 10 was going to be tough. We shouldn't foret that the layoff for KNS was shorter than what Chuck was looking for. She is a slight filly and empties her tank, is what I think he said. Given this I thought she did a great job. I heard Steve mention on the radio that her next race might be the weekend of Tampa Derby - how sweet would that be?!!!

Great job by Chuck and his crew. You guys are amazing. Many thanks!

As long as Chuck gives the green light. I see a good portion of the NY contingent getting on a plane next time... Again, never had more fun with $500.

Hope we keep goin.

10 horse had a dream trip on the backstretch, very relaxing jaunt.
Impressive move wide though. That easy run on the backstretch could not have hurt.

KNS encountered far more traffic.

could have easily placed with a clearer stretch run.
But I guees thats the turf. I like the horse. I like the effort.
Good show boys and girls.

LOL ! I thought about that, too!

I thought Rosie did a good job. This filly likes her, relaxes under her, listens to her, and tries for her. Like Sumwon likes Willie best.
