Hooves,
The turf rail is down, at least according to the track super's office.

The guy who does the website update, on the other hand, is another story.

Thanks. I was trying to figure that one out myself. According to what he wrote, they were going to be moving the rails ever 30 minutes. Now, that's at tough day at the office.

question:

how do you alter your handicapping of a race depending on where the rail is placed ( speed, outside, inside, etc. ).

rail out inside favor, out side must go. .rail in more even for all
