he was a class act as coach, and a deserving member of the hall of fame. i know he didn't accomplish as much in his second go 'round as coach as his first, and didn't quite meet the lofty expectations. but i will miss him all the same.

thanks joe, for everything!!
Joe Gibbs is a all class, a Hall of Fame legend. I do think this season was extremely draining for him. It was an emotional rollercoaster, early success, then a 4 game losing streak. Then the tragic death of Sean Taylor. I think to rally this team to a winning streak that vaulted them into the playoffs, in a way was the best coaching job of Joe's stellar career. He's a deeply religious man, and I'm sure he made the best decision for his family. His wife Pat, and his family mean the world to him, and I'm glad that he'll get to enjoy his retirement more with them. I thank him for all the thrills he's given all us Skins fans over the years, and wish him all the best.
