The Big 10 and the Big 12 were both bad this year.

But since pratically all the players in the Big 12 are from Texas, I give the conf. a break. No state gets its talent split up like Texas other than maybe Florida. And the majority of Div I. scholarships go to Texas High Schoolers. More than California.
