If it's connected to the Nobu in NYC, it's a very expensive and (so I'm told) a very delicious sushi restaurant.

Or rather, a restaurant that serves delicious sushi. I don't imagine there are many edible restaurants. Unless maybe they were made of gingerbread. And then you'd have to like gingerbread, and what if you ate the silverware before your meal arrived?

Yes, that's the same Nobu. Nobu is the chef.

Seems the Chief taking a break from the SoBe scene to run an underlaid Quality Affair in the 8th at Calder.

Nobu Matsuhisa is the chef. Drew Nieporent is the leader of the owner's group and DeNiro most likely has a small piece ( at least in NY where he used to live directly across the street ).
