Whats a sentance?????????? Anyways it is the reason, its fact, not my guess that its the reason. Saratogas turf course will only accomodate 10 horses not 14 dummy. The turns are way too tight. Once again this is not a guess.

you can fit ten horses, but not 14 dummies? hmm, didn't know that. but maybe it depends on the size of the dummy.

Sorry, I did not have time to proofread my post. However, your sentence did not make any sense. That is on top of the fact that your whole post was wrong.
