I still think that someone on here had the correct idea... (I think it was Steve).
Redo Hialeah track and have it do nothing but host the Breeder's Cup...

If the goal is to reduce the percentage possibility of rain at the BC then I don't suggest bringing it to South Florida. We routinely get big days "blown up" due to weather conditions. Regardelss of the track of choice.
