One should not have to be rewarded for performing a simple act of decency...returning a pet to it's home is just simple decency that you would hope might be reciprocated if the shoe were on the other foot...

Yea but there a lot of greedy folks out there. If one of my fur kids went missing, I would be offering up rewards. For my fav Rusty, my oldster doggie....you just might get my car. Some people who cannot have skin kids get as attached to their furries and think of them as their children....
