Found some info, but not all historial info I had hoped (equibase links bad).

Looks like pick4 debuted in 2000. The two pick4 structure debuted in 2005.

Here are the results I could find. If anyone has other years, I would appreciate it.

2006 - $6,845 and $96,907
2005 - $13,162 and $17,300
2004 - $46,792
