Orton actually has the most potential. Has a cannon for an arm and is like 6'5. I would play him over Griese, people forget that he helped win 10 games because he wasn't stupid with the ball.

They should have kept Jones, made him the QB, cut Rex and played the option like Army and Navy...

The news here had Lovie floating around the idea, vaguely. After the game Sunday night he said Rex was our guy, but in a conference today I think, they had a clip of him saying they were evaluating it this week and would have a clearer picture by end of practice Wednesday.

I hope it's true. At least one week of seeing what would happen would be nice at this point.

THIS is KEY...Rex is stupid with the ball, and doesn't appear to have the arm strength needed to split the defenders to get the ball to rec'r!
