Thanks to all for the nice suggestions.. Have started to check some names on the Registry... Have three especially that we like from the list or were provided seperately and look like they can be approved:

Shake Senora (pmac)

Baraness (Steve Haskin)

Aldeela (my suggestion)

And of course, by acclamation...

Thebby

Is Star of the Trail available? I'm not seeing anyone on pedigreequery with it. I like the double meaning with Aldebaran being a star and of course her being the star of Derby Trail.

I agree, it's a great name if available, encompasses everything.

if these are the 4 choices, I would go with Thebby.
I also like the Dee Trail Star or Star of De Trail angle

Increased focus seems to be pushing towards:

Thebby

Star of the Trail

Shake Senora

I will stick with "Shake Senora". Maybe because I have had that damn song stuck in my head for a solid week. I dare anyone to listen to it..."Jump in the saddle, hold on the bridle now..."

Think Star of the Trail is a solid name too.

I think "Star of the Trail" is a solid name, also.

I also like Steve's suggestion of "Adeela," just because it rolls off the tongue. Some of these names I have a hard time pronouncing. I try to imagine Tom Durkin or Trevor Denman calling them... With some of the names, I can't....

Some ideas:

Chuck's Luck

Silly Filly

(as you can tell, I like rhymes)

oh, just a last chance at something different

in honor of Tonya Harding how about

Hubcap Chickie

On February 24, 2000, Harding was ordered by a Clark County judge to stay away from alcohol and her former boyfriend, Darren Silver, after being booked on fourth-degree Domestic Violence assault charges for punching Silver and throwing a hubcap at him at their Camas, Washington residence.Harding was also sentenced to 3 days in jail and 10 days of community service on a work crew. Shortly before this, Harding had been attempting to make a comeback as a professional skater, but the hubcap incident effectively put an end to her skating career.

I crack me up

Absolutely not Thebby/Thebbie

from the names suggested I like:

Star of the Trail
Sumwonelsetoluv

Haven't had a chance to think of anything original, maybe if I get some inspiration I might be able to come up with something

I would again suggest Sumwonelsetolove. It gives a connection to our first horse and would make all of our stables horses instantly recognizable.

My only worry is with that name everytime we say 'Sumwon' no one will know which one we are talking about!
