Sha Tin has racing on Saturday and Sunday and Happy Valley on Wednesday (although there's the occassional Wednesday at ST instead).

It's funny..I go to HK maybe 3 or 4 times a year for the last 5 years and I have NEVER been there on a Wed...I just walk around Happy Valley, buy hats, stare at the track and go back to my hotel.
THIS time..I will be there on a Wed
