There is a bias
its a rally wide bias, 7 out of 8 races horses rallied wide to win the race stay away from the main track rail.

there is a wide bias for the mile
the 6f race has a rail bias and if the 6 beats the 7 in the 9th I hit the Superfecta dang it it's like trying to catch mercury
