No,I didn't say it is easy(just go do it.)Which is what this guy has made a career of doing.I am saying to start with (what we think) are easy situations (to not give in to our lesser self.)Like I said,don't give in when your mind says you can pick up a little mess later.Say no,because the mind doesn't put values on things like we do.It just knows it wanted to be lazy,and got refused.We think cleaning something up now(instead of later) is minor,but it isn't.It's easy though,and it is important to tell your lazy side "no,f off."
